Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Service Trade OS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Service Trade OS provides a business management platform for service trade professionals, including features for lead management, invoicing, scheduling, communications, and payment processing.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start your trial.
30-Day Guarantee: Founder members are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days if not satisfied with the Service.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update your information as needed.
5. Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Service Trade OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing information when you create an account.
Business Data: Customer information, project details, invoices, estimates, and communications you store in the Service.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, pages visited, and actions taken.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional communications, and provide customer support. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement.

SMS & Phone Communications
By using the communications features of Service Trade OS, you consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting support.
Email Communications
We will send transactional emails related to your account and service usage. Marketing emails can be opted out of via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in harassment
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

Enforcement
